Hire in four steps
Hiring takes four steps:
- Scope: Logo company, minimum amount, minimum days overdue, excluded customers
- Mailbox and tone: connect the mailbox now or later; polite, formal or firm tone
- Hours and authority: days and hours; Off, Suggest or Automatic for each skill
- Meet them: the employee's identity card
Role catalogue
Roles are filtered by work area: accounting and finance, sales, purchasing, production, warehouse and management.
- Collections Specialist: follows up overdue receivables every working day: reminds, understands the reply, tracks the payment promise, brings disputes to you.
- Account Reconciliation Specialist: prepares month-end account reconciliation letters, collects the replies and brings you each difference with its cause.
- Incoming Invoice Specialist: reads the incoming invoice, compares it with the order and delivery note, and prepares a draft for the Logo entry.
- Bank Reconciliation Specialist: matches bank movements to customers and invoices; lists unmatched items with their likely cause.
- Quote Follow-up Specialist: tracks open quotes, gets back to the customer at the right time, records the decision and the reason for a loss.
- Prospect Researcher: finds prospective companies in the target sector and region and prepares the first-contact note.
- Supplier Follow-up Specialist: confirms delivery dates of open orders with suppliers and flags delays before production is affected.
- MRP Planning Assistant: calculates material needs from orders and bills of materials and submits the purchase proposal for your approval.
- Stock Variance Controller: monitors critical stock, count differences and slow-moving items; reports a variance with its likely cause.
- Management Report Writer: prepares the sales, collections and stock summary every Monday; writes the commentary and points to watch.
