An action that needs approval waits
An action that needs your approval is not completed until you decide. What you approve is the text that is sent.

Off, Suggest, Automatic. Every skill starts on Suggest, so every outgoing action goes out with your approval. Automatic is turned on per skill, later.

Amount and IBAN never come from the AI
The open-items table is inserted exactly as it is in Logo. Every draft passes rules before it is sent:
- No amount
- No IBAN
- Dates consistent with the statement
- No promotional language
- The customer's address
