In a collections reminder a wrong amount, a wrong date or a wrong IBAN costs more than the wrong tone. That is why in Workforce the model that writes the text does not produce these three items.
The text is one thing, the figures another
The agent writes the reminder text in the chosen tone. The open-items table is inserted into the draft exactly as it is in Logo. The amount, due date or IBAN in the text never come from the model's pen.
Every draft passes five rules
- No amount in the text.
- No IBAN in the text.
- Dates consistent with the statement.
- No promotional language.
- The recipient is the customer's address.
A draft that fails the rules is not sent. A draft that passes waits in the panel for your approval, with its reasoning and rule checks.
It does not invent missing information
If the customer's card has no collections email, the agent does not invent an address; it hands the case to you. You enter the address in the panel and the agent continues. The address stays in Workforce and is not written to Logo.
