Job description The limits are clear before you hire
Does on its own
- Reads new purchase lines from Logo every working day
- Compares the unit price with the item’s previous purchase; you choose the threshold
- Groups deviations by item and supplier and writes the likely cause without figures: exchange rate, quantity, another supplier, list price
- Tells purchasing the day’s deviations in one e-mail
Does with your approval
- Sends the day’s price alerts to your purchasing recipients
Never does
- Never writes to a supplier or negotiates
- Never changes a price list or an invoice, never posts to Logo
- Never writes a figure in its commentary; prices and percentages are only in the table from Logo
- Never sends to anyone outside your internal recipients
How it is charged
- Salary: ₺990 / month. A flat monthly fee. The number of lines checked and alerts does not change the price.
- Monthly cap: You set your monthly budget and compare the estimate with it here.
- Tax: Prices exclude VAT; model usage is included.
