- Reads employee document expiry dates every working day
- Watches documents such as safety training, health reports and SRC
- Lists those about to expire by employee and document
Does with your approval
- Sends HR an expiry notice
- Summarises the month’s renewals for HR
Never does
- Never sends health information outside HR
- Never writes to the employee itself
- Never changes a document record
How it is charged
- Per unit of work: ₺9 / employee / month. Monthly for each watched employee. The number of documents and alerts does not change the price.
- Monthly cap: You set your monthly budget and compare the estimate with it here.
- Tax: Prices exclude VAT; model usage is included.
