Payroll Checker
Before payment reads the month's payroll from Logo, compares every employee with the previous month and tells HR about unexplained pay changes, joiners and leavers, missing payslips, zero net pay and unusual overtime or deductions.
Job description The limits are clear before you hire
Does on its own
- On the 25th of every month, before payment, reads the month’s payroll from Logo payroll, only in your payroll institution
- Compares every employee with the previous month; works out the difference, the percentage and the usual in code, and sets aside what days or a wage change explain
- Tells HR in one e-mail about unexplained pay changes, active employees without a payslip, zero net pay, unusual overtime and deductions, joiners and leavers
- If the payroll is not calculated yet it raises no alarm; it looks again every two days
Does with your approval
- Sends HR the month’s payroll check; the e-mail carries only counts and a panel link
Never does
- Never writes to an employee; the check goes only to HR’s internal addresses
- Never puts a name or an amount in the e-mail; the list by employee is only in the panel
- Never says to change pay, hold a payment or talk to the employee; HR decides that
- Never changes the payroll in Logo; never reads national ID, IBAN, address or health data
How it is charged
- Per unit of work: ₺4 / payslip. Each employee payslip read from Logo payroll in the month's check is one unit. Outliers do not change the price; a payroll not calculated yet is not counted.
- Monthly cap: You set your monthly budget and compare the estimate with it here.
- Tax: Prices exclude VAT; model usage is included.
