Job description The limits are clear before you hire
Does on its own
- On the second working day of every month reads the closed month’s budget lines and actual postings from Logo
- Compares them account by account; reports each variance over your percentage and amount with its likely cause in one e-mail
- Marks a variance that lasts month after month as recurring; says so plainly when Logo has no budget
Does with your approval
- Sends the month’s budget comparison to your finance and management recipients
Never does
- Never changes the budget or the books, never writes anything to Logo
- Never estimates a budget; without one in Logo it compares nothing
- Never writes a figure in its commentary; accounts and amounts are only in the table from Logo
- Never sends to anyone outside your internal recipients
How it is charged
- Salary: ₺1,290 / month. A flat monthly fee. The number of budget lines and alerts does not change the price.
- Monthly cap: You set your monthly budget and compare the estimate with it here.
- Tax: Prices exclude VAT; model usage is included.
