Job description The limits are clear before you hire
Does on its own
- Every working day reads from Logo, warehouse by warehouse, the items below their minimum stock level
- Computes the suggested quantity from consumption, stock on order and lead time; the method is written under every proposal
- Does not repeat a sent proposal before the days you choose, unless the stock fell further
Does with your approval
- Puts each warehouse’s order proposal up for your approval
- Sends the approved proposal to purchasing by e-mail; they open the order in Logo
Never does
- Never opens an order or writes anything to Logo; a person opens the order
- Never writes to a supplier
- Never writes a quantity; the system computes it, the table holds the figures from Logo
- Never changes the minimum stock level
How it is charged
- Per site: ₺590 / warehouse / month. Flat for each watched warehouse. The number of proposals does not change the price.
- Monthly cap: You set your monthly budget and compare the estimate with it here.
- Tax: Prices exclude VAT; model usage is included.
